NoGoD has shared photos from their recent tour final, and announced new live activity.
In April, NoGoD released their Shingeki (神劇) mini-album. During the Golden Week that followed, they held twoman lives with artists of different genres—such as TAKUI NAKAJIMA (中島卓偉) and PIANOZOMBIE (ピアノゾンビ)—for five consecutive days. They demonstrated diversity through collaboration with those groups, and proved that NoGoD can reach beyond genre to stimulate people with their music.
Throughout May, the band has been on their -Shingeki NO Utage- (-神劇ノ宴-) oneman tour to support the recently-released mini-album. At the tour final oneman, which was held on May 25th at Shinjuku (新宿) BLAZE, the band announced several new live projects to further support the CD.
These projects will “broaden the vivid worldview that was packed into Shingeki,” and will “spread NoGoD's gospel to the believers across the country.”
To achieve this, first will be their 2019 AUTUMN tour, Shingeki NO Utage -DaiNImaku- (神劇ノ宴-第二幕-). This tour will consist of 11 oneman shows held across 9 different regions. They've made a special point to hold two lives in Fukuoka. Furthermore, in their homeground of Yokohama (横浜), they've added a Tokubetsuhen (特別編) project which features two special BOYS ONLY and GIRLS ONLY lives, both of which will be held at Music Lab. Hamashobo (Music Lab. Music Lab.濱書房). It's a valuable chance to sweat along with NoGoD from a close distance, and for each group of fans to go wild with abandon.
After that, the band's “2019 FINAL ATTACK” oneman tour, Curtain Rises, will further promote the mini-album. This tour's title is based on the instrumental track from the CD of the same title. At the moment the curtain rises, what kind of performance will be behind it?
NoGoD is a band who crosses genre and musical boundaries, and they'll continue to expand through these two tours toward a “new continuation.” In the mean time, their twoman tour vs Ensoku (えんそく), 14nenme no Seisen (14年目の聖戦), will be held, and they'll also appear at CRUSH OF MODE-HYPER HOT SUMMER '19-.
Please keep an eye on Shingeki and NoGoD's further movement.
