DEXCORE recently gained a member, released a new song, and announced a new event.

The “new version” DEXCORE, who recently released their new song Collapse, has announced a sponsored event which will gather loud and extreme visual kei bands. Their rebirth has lead the band to a new turning point in their evolution.

DEXCORE is a vk band based in Nagoya (名古屋) who is part of the wave of “loud” visual bands. Up to now, they've been striving to reach a “new level,” and with the joining of new guitarist 梦斗-yumeto- on May 26th, they've taken another step on that journey.

In addition to announcing its new guitarist, the band freely released a lyric video for its new song Collapse at the same time. The song has also been available on [streaming sites](

) since May 27th. The song is full of screams from vocalist 架神-kagami-, and builds dramatically and swiftly. Its stining vocals leer into those who hear them. DEXCORE has proven that they're committed to further evolution with the horror-themed video.

The band's new sponsored event, Gathered of “NEW ERA”-First-, will be held on September 14th at Shinjuku (新宿) ANTIKNOCK. As the title implies, with DEXCORE as the axis, it will bring together bands that drive the loud scene in vk. “From here, we'll build up a 「new era」.”

For this -First- event, bands from the current loud scene will gather. The live will be overwhelming, with metalcore-colored and extreme/screamo/loud music—attendees will drown in a sea of energy. Among the bands are: progressive mixture band with strange compositions CHOKE; metal-based crossover band DEVILOOF; djentcore band that makes crowds roar JILUKA; and roaring, melodic, dramatic band NAZARE. The group will wash the stage with waves of a new era. Attendees will feel the movements of bands responsible for the next generation.
