Two versions of this video exist; one with a sale price on it (it was presumably sold via mail-order and/or in shops during late 1991/early 1992), and one without a price (it was presumably live-distributed during the "Silver~Rose" tour in late 1991 (1991-08-12 to 1991-09-22). The sales version had a black VHS spine label and gray text on the case spine; the live-distributed version had a blue VHS spine label and blue text on the spine. Furthermore, the lyrics sheets differ throughout the versions.

The main songs are culled from live performances at Yokohama 7th AVENUE (横浜7thアベニュー) and Namba ROCKETS (難波ロケッツ), presented in a bootleg-ish sonic quality and heavily edited (crazy-ass video effects all around).

The tape also features a bunch of live scenes after the listed tracks are over, with "TWONIGHT" and "OCTOBER" playing in the background.
