There were several bands active in the 90s with the name RAFFLESIA (ラフレシア), so details are unclear. One of them apparently formed in 1996, and we are assuming this was the previous band of vocalist DORY who went on to L.I.E.S. in 1998. But details are completely unknown/unconfirmed.
