The band's January 2000 single mentions only vocalist KAMUN, and refers to itself as a “solo single,” so it seems that he's the only member at this time.

By this time (as evidenced by an enquete which lists the band's next live as being in early October), four members are present. (It's still unclear if they were around during formation, or if they joined later.)
At some other time (later?), drummer YOHEI is a member. The rest of the lineup at that time is unclear.

Rä NoirphiA was a visual kei band in Tokyo. They were part of the soft visual subgenre. They were active from 2000 to 2001 and are now disbanded.
