I think they are just on a break? It's hard to tell if they'll ever be back, though. It's been more than four years since their last gig, and almost three years since their last update on the album. I guess there's still hope until the members start new bands/etc.

I see, well there is still not an official announcement that they really "broke up".
I still hope they complete the album someday, or at least write an official message about their activity. They were a nice band.
