Haretsu no Ningyou (破裂の人形) (ハレツノニンギョウ) forms.
A flyer for one of the band's earliest lives seems to imply that they “spontaneously formed” and were holding their first live without any forethought.
The top of that flyer listed a full lineup that includes vocalist Doukeshi (道化師), guitarist RAPPER PUNCH Yuusuke (ラッパーパンチ祐介), guitarist Mafuyu (真冬), and bassist SHINO.
Strangely, the same flyer states that the band is searching for a vocalist and bassist—presumably implying that those two members had already planned to secede?
Stranger still, the website of drummer Kyouya (京也) states that this band had two lineups, but the “first lineup” that he provides does not mention these early members. However, it does include bassist SHINO, despite that initial flyer implying that there were plans to replace him.
So the details are unclear, but it seems that the initial vocalist and guitarists were replaced, and that there were plans to replace the bassist but he ultimately stayed.
The band's name isn't 100% confirmed. Some online sources say Hakai no Ningyou (破壊の人形), while the band's omnibus appearance was credited as Haretsu no Ningyou (破烈の人形).
However, the former bassist seems to imply [via Twitter] that it's Haretsu no Ningyou (破裂の人形) (slightly different kanji).
At some very early point, vocalist Doukeshi (道化師) secedes and is replaced by takahiro; guitarists RAPPER PUNCH Yuusuke (ラッパーパンチ祐介) and Mafuyu (真冬) secede and are replaced by TOY; and bassist SHINO stays with the band despite initial plans for secession.
Later, by the time of the band's omnibus appearance, vocalist takahiro secedes and is replaced by Aiki (哀綺); second guitarist PUPUL joins; and bassist SHINO secedes and is replaced by Tatsuya (竜也). Exact dates/details unclear.
