MESMERIAN (メスメリアン) forms.
Although most sources list February 1999 as the band's formation date, according to Vshot that is actually when bassist Ko-suke joined, and they formed the year prior.
Bassist Ko-suke officially joins.
The band appears in the live event "Anarchist Summit 3days".

Around this time, vocalist NOV secedes. Drummer Yshi (Y氏) becomes the new vocalist, under the name of YELLOW. Support drummer Nshi (N氏) joins in his stead. Bassist Ko-suke also secedes and is replaced by Co.

Around this time, drummer Nshi (N氏) becomes an official member, and changes name to NAOSHI.

MESMERIAN (メスメリアン) was a visual kei band. They were active from 1998 to 2002 and are now disbanded.
From Fool's Mate 213 (1999.7) The band was formed by YELLOW, who was a roadie for THE DEAD P☆P STARS in 1995.
Their sound aims is described as a blend of pop and hard rock.
