Given that the CD version of Living Will -SaMETA Kuchibiru GA EgaKU KotaE- (Living Will -醒メタ唇ガ描ク答エ-) was freely distributed (without lyric sheet) in July 2003, this VHS might have been released around the same time. After the first track ends, the default blue screen appears for several seconds before the second track begins, giving the impression that it was meant to be a secret track. The second track is only a partial live recording, of the "rush" part of some unknown song.
