A flyer was distributed at today's MIRAGE live, which announces another MIRAGE/Matina memorial event!

The “MIRAGE & Matina 20TH ANNIVERSARY YEAR” continues with BURIAL OF EPISODE-OSAKA-, to be held on 2018-10-20 at Osaka (大阪) amHALL. If you like “old school” visual kei, the lineup of this one should be much more appealing than the previous event.

MIRAGE's lineup will change once again:

• V. AKIRA
• G. YAYOI
• B. KISAKI
• Support G. KIYOSHI (聖詩) [ex-D≒SIRE~etc.]
• Support D. Yomi [ex-【zɔ́ːdi̽æ̀k】~etc.]

Three neo old school opening acts will perform:

• Crucifixion
• La'veil MizeriA
• Marvelous Cruelty

Old school band GRASS―who supposedly “restarted” in 2016 but haven't been active at all―will perform. (By the way, they're really cool! Check them out if you've never listened before.)

Seemingly-immortal dark visual kei band emmurée will appear, as will long running friend-of-the-scene rock band BEAST.

Surprisingly, MATSUTAKE WORKS (マツタケワークス), the solo project of Himitsu Kessha CODOMO A (秘密結社コドモA) vocalist EIJI (エイジ), will appear. This is especially shocking, as EIJI at one point seemed to hate KISAKI.

One of the weirder appearances will be a one-day revival by a band called MAZOHYST TRANCE Gakudan Gion (マゾヒストトランス楽団 祇音), which was the first band of 【denno:oblaat】 (電脳オヴラアト) vocalist Taniguchi TOMOROU (谷口トモロウ).

MAZOHYST TRANCE Gakudan Gion (マゾヒストトランス楽団 祇音) is notable because... they're not really notable at all 😅 They were active in the early 90s, and are so unknown that I can't even find a lineup for them. They seem to have been heavily “inspired” by Kuroyume (黒夢), like many bands of that era.

I guess Taniguchi TOMOROU just wanted to participate in all the kote-ness that will be going on that day.

Finally, another Matina session will perform! And this time it actually features Matina guys 😅

Just like last time, special tickets are available for 8,000 yen, which include a t-shirt (with a different design than the one from March). No word yet if there will be additional privileges/goods.
