April 25th at Higashi-Koenji Niman Den-atsu, TERESA (テレサ) held another two-part “oneman seminar” in which part one was a talk about the band and part two was a oneman live event. This report will only cover the live performance during the second session.

Part two—titled “Nikuningyo no Ochakai”(A Sex Slave Tea Party) was a bit special as Ryuji and Yumehito donned maid uniforms that seemed to be the same ones from the live announcement promo images. Yumehito even made up a girly alter-ego, Yumeko, whereas Ryuji emphasized that he is just Ryuji in a dress. The atmosphere and chemistry between everyone on stage was top tier.

TERESA (テレサ) doesn't have many songs so the set list was short, but as always the banter during the MC so entertaining that I think the entire room might not have cared if it went on forever. If you ever find yourself in the front row, however, be forewarned. Vocalist Ryuji spits up stage blood at a lot of the lives so audience members are cautioned that their personal belongings may get stained towards the end of the show.

TERESA (テレサ) is still a really small, new band and members have gone on the record saying they don't predict it'll continue forever but they put on a good show and have a lot of fun. If you're in the Tokyo area or see any of their music floating around I highly recommend it for a good time.

The next two-part seminar has already been announced. It is scheduled for May 28th.
